The website
We try to keep information accurate, but calendars, rules, prices and results can change. Official event documents (supplementary regulations, the rule book and official results) take priority over anything on this site.
Competitor portal
The portal is for approved Excel Cup competitors only. Keep your sign-in link to yourself and don't share portal content publicly. We can remove access at any time.
Shop orders
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item is out of stock or a price is wrong, we'll contact you before taking payment, or refund you in full. See Shipping & returns.
Motorsport is dangerous
Motor racing carries a risk of injury and damage. Taking part in any Excel Cup event, arrive-and-drive seat or driver program is subject to the event's sanctioning body rules, entry conditions and any waivers you sign at the event.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Trademarks
Hyundai and Excel are trademarks of Hyundai Motor Company. Excel Cup is not affiliated with Hyundai. Partner logos belong to their owners.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
