Excel Cup ("we", "us") runs excelcup.com. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Details you give us when you register, sign in, order or contact us: name, mobile, email, car number and anything you write in a message or feedback.
• Order details: items, delivery address if you choose postage, and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address and browser type.

Why we collect it

• To run the Excel Cup category: driver lists, entries, results and competitor communications, including inviting you to the competitors' group chat.
• To process and deliver orders and answer enquiries.
• To give approved competitors access to the competitor portal.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep competitors signed in to the portal. We don't use advertising cookies or sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending emails), Google (email and spreadsheets) and, for card payments, Stripe. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We may also share competitor details with the race organiser, the sanctioning body or Queensland Raceway where needed to run an event, or where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it while we need it.

Access, correction and complaints

Email jasen@excelcup.com to see, correct or delete your information, unsubscribe, or raise a privacy complaint. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
